More fabulous artwork for you this week, courtesy of Matt Blackstock.
Matt is a maker and illustrator from Birmingham. He studied ceramics at Wolverhampton University, but unable to afford a kiln, moved in to painting and illustration.
His work concerns landscapes, memories and half forgotten dreams, and he lets most of his ideas come to him naturally.
Working in ink, pen, gouache and pencil he creates images of other worlds that hold true to our own world, but change our perspective of it.
Matt's influences include Stanley Donwood, Edward Hopper, Shaun Tan, Maurice Sendak, Oliver Jeffers, Tracey Emin, Haruki Murakami, Philip K Dick, Fiona Rae, Van Gogh and Tàpies.
