I have so many ideas at the moment that I'm struggling to keep up with them. As a result I've started quite a few projects but not finished any as yet! Here's what I've been working on over the last couple of weeks:
The idea came from something I saw while browsing the internet. I knit one square each day - the colours, size and style of the square are supposed to indicate how my day went - not sure this is entirely the case here, but it's fun to do and I think it'll be quite pretty when it's finished. Aiming to do it for four weeks but I'm already finding it rather addictive so may stick with it (or something similar).
I'm having a bit of a nightmare with these. I made covered buttons once when I was at college and never did it again (not even for my final collection) but I'd forgotten why. I've now remembered. It's a hideous job. I'm calling this work in progress, but I may just abandon it altogether.
Playing at paper cutting
I had a little play with some coloured paper the other day (as you do) and decided to have a go at paper cutting. Realised that I need a better knife but otherwise it was fun. Will try something more complex next time - maybe one of my more detailed building drawings.
