This week I've started work on a new winter scarf for my son:
The yarn I have used is Thistle by Louisa Harding which I picked up from a bargain bin in a brilliant wool shop in Whitstable. It's lovely to knit with.
I've also finished knitting my Mum's Christmas present scarf (only took me two months!):
I've been playing around with some ideas for embroidery based on my Park Hill design, using some scraps of felt. This one is very much work in progress:
I also made this button which I'm quite pleased with. I can't finish it however, as the buttons I bought can't take such think fabric. If anyone can recommend buttons for covering which can take felt, I'd really appreciate it!
